The Secret Questions and Answers

In the process of signing up an account, you are also asked to select 3 secret questions from a drop down list and provide the answers to them. These questions are intended to positively identify the owner of the account, so you need to enter accurate answers which you will be able to remember if you need to provide the answers, rather than clever answers which you may forget in time. These questions are used any time we need to verify that we are speaking to the account holder, such as when you phone in and need the support representative to make some change regarding the account or domain.




If your account on easyDNS was created sufficiently long ago, you may still have only one secret question and answer which does not conform to the current system of security authorisations. You can check if this is the case by logging into the members page and clicking "view or edit personal information" in the "account management" module.
