The next page will show you the 3 questions you selected for the account. You will need to enter the answers to the questions and click next to have the password reset to a random one and emailed to you. If the answers do not match what we have in the account, the web form will let you know and give you a link to contact our support department. It is important to realise that the answers are case sensitive and must match exactly, so if you fail the first time you may want to vary how you enter the answers.




Since the passwords are kept in an encrypted format, we do not have access to your password and would not be able to tell you what it was. The only way to access your account if you have lost the password is to have it reset and sent to the email address in your account. Once you receive this it is best to immediately change your password to something you will remember and that others will not be able to guess.

If the system tells you the password has been sent and you still do not receive it, it is likely that we have an old email address for you. In this case you will need to email our support department.
