The most common use of the secret questions is in the procedure for dealing with a lost password. If you are trying to log into the member page and cannot recall your password, click the "forgot your password?" link in the login box.

On the next page you will get a box that asks you to enter either your username or one of your domains so that we can identify the account. When you have done that click "next" to continue.
