ACL Access Control Lists are a means to specify what internet locations should be able to access an account, so that login attempts from outside the list will be rejected.
CIDR notation Classless Internet Domain Routing is a way of representing a range of IPs by specifying how many bits within the final octet are used for specific hosts as opposed to addressing the block itself.

IP Address The unique numeric identifier or address for any given connection online. Consists of 4 numbers from 0-255 seperated by a ".".
Password A sequence of characters which allows access to the account to which it is associated.
