Section Two • Secondary DNS Set Up Successfully

Once the IP for the primary is entered into the members page, the zone file is set up properly, all permissions are in place, and the domain is loaded onto our nameservers, the zone transfer will be processed. This will result in the DNS records existing on our servers, and they will then return for the domain when asked. You can tell when this is done as the "show cache" link will then display a copy of the zone file.

When you can see the above through the show cache page, it is time to contact your registrar to "delegate" to our nameservers, which means listing them on the whois record for that domain. You would not want to have done this before confirming that the DNS is being transferred properly, to avoid problems in resolution.
