At this point in the process our system will check the registrar lock for the domain, and if the domain is locked it will tell you so and not allow you to add it to the system for a registrar transfer. You will at that point need to contact the current registrar for the domain and have the domain unlocked.

While we cannot show you how the registrar lock would be handled in another company's system, to unlock a domain registered at easyDNS you would first need to click the "whois" link to the right of the domain name in your member page.
