Once the new owner has sent the information to the current owner, the current owner must change the whois record to reflect this information. How exactly this needs to be done will depend on who the registrar for the domain is. If easyDNS is not the registrar you will want to contact them to find out how to change the whois record through them.

For domains which are not .ca domains, changing the whois record through easyDNS is a simple matter of logging into the member page and clicking the "whois" link beside the domain name in question to get to the appropriate interface.
