The first step in creating SPF data for your domain is to enable TXT records in the member page. They are not visible by default, since they are not used by many domains, so you will need to click the "view or edit domain and dns display options" link in the "Account Management" module. This will take you to the page which allows you to define how the DNS records for your domains are displayed in the member interface.
