Section Two • How to Set Up reverse DNS on EasyDNS

Since reverse DNS is handled through a different interface than usual, found at reverse.easydns.com, you will not be able to add the IP range to your easyDNS members page as a domain. You will need to sign up a new account in the alternate system for that purpose. This account can have the same username and/or password as your easyDNS account, assuming the username is available, but can be anything you choose.

The first thing you will need to do is use the "add a reverse netblock" section at the bottom to enter the IP range in either the in-addr arpa or CIDR notation field, which your ISP should have provided for you for this purpose. Click "next" to go to the next step.
