On the next page, pictured below, you enter the final section of the IP in the box on the left, and the host name it needs to point to on the right. So, if you were trying to add the PTR record to point 192.168.3.23 to test.easydns.com, you would enter "23" on the left side and "test.easydns.com" on the right.
