Section Two • Setting up email forwarding

The most common type of mailmap you would be entering is a simple forwarding of one email alias to one email account. To do this you enter the alias you want under your domain name on the left side, such a "me@easydns-example.com", and the destination account you want the email forwarded to on the right, such as "example@isp.com". With this mailmap in place, any email sent to the alias will be forwarded by our servers to the address you specify.

The same fields allow for a mailmap that forwards to multiple email addresses. To use this, you simply specify the alias in the field to the left, and in the right hand address field you enter all the email addresses you want that alias forwarded to separated by commas or semicolons, but with no spaces between. An email sent to that alias will then be forwarded to all the addresses indicated.
