Many of our customers enjoy the ability to create a customized email addresses using their domain name, either to present a professional image, or for more personal reasons. With email forwarding from easyDNS you continue to send and receive email through the account you're accustomed to (your ISP account, hotmail account, AOL account ,etc), while allowing people to send email to you at a custom email address you create by using your domain name. How does it work? Our system forwards any email sent to your domain name to the email account that you have specified in the email settings for your domain name.



This is a particularly useful and cost effective method of creating a professional image using a domain name, as well when it comes time to change email providers. When you create and use an email forwarding address with your domain name, if your ISP or email provider changes, you simply update the your email settings with your new email address and all email sent to your domain name address is automatically forwarded on to the new account. This saves you the time and effort of having to notify all your contacts whenever you change email providers.
