Section Two • Default email forwarding through DNS-only

The next step is to enter the destination address for us to forward the email to. How this is done depends on what service level your domain is on, so we'll start with the simpler version used with DNS-only and parking service.

The default or catch-all mailmap included with both DNS-only and free parking services allows email for any address under your domain to be forwarded to one email account. To get to the page to specify those options, you will need to click the "email" link to the right of your domain name.

To make use of the default mailmap you need to click the radio button beside "Enable default mailforwarding" and enter the email address in the text field provided. The other options are provided for people who are not using email forwarding, to ensure that our forwarding servers do not interfere with the intended email arrangements for the domain. If you are using our mail forwarding it is important that the first option be selected and not those below.

When you've entered the desired email address, click "Next" which will bring you to a page asking you to confirm the change. By clicking "Next" on that page you will put the default mailmap in place.
