Section Two • Blocking unwanted email addresses

Often, people will want or need to disable a particular email address in their domain. This may be one they previously used or one which spammers randomly generated which is reaching them through their default mailmap. There are two ways you can deal with this in our email forwarding, through the use of special "tokens" in the destination address field of the mailmap.

You can set any mailmap to either bounce or silently discard email sent to it. If you direct a mailmap to BOUNCE the email will be bounced with a typical error message, and if you direct it to DISCARD the email will be discarded silently, without notifying the sender. These are included in the same way as a destination email account, just enter them where you want and click next as in a normal change.
