On the members page you will now see "Dynamic DNS is: disabled" under each domain in your account.

The word "disabled" is a link which will take you to a page with the option to enable dynamicDNS for that domain.

Locate the domain name that you wish to enable dynamic dns for and click the "disabled" link.
