Managing your Member Information

Another important part of this management interface is the ability to change your password and the security questions used for dealing with lost password issues.

The Secret Questions and Answers section allows you to select 3 of 5 questions from drop down menus and provide the correct answer to them below. If at any point you forget your password, being able to answer these 3 questions, either online or over the phone with a support representative, will allow the password to be reset and emailed to you. For this reason it is important the both that email address and the 3 answers be correct.




To change the password you need to enter the current password in the top line, and the new password in the bottom 2 lines. If the passwords entered in the bottom 2 fields do not match the change will not be made. With either change you simply click "next" at the bottom to commit the change.
