Managing the Invoice Display

The last section of the Account Management Module allows you to specify how long paid invoices remain visible on your members home page. To get to this utility you click the "view or edit invoice display" in the Account Management module.




You then select how long you want paid invoices to remain visable in the Invoices module for, and click "Done" to confirm the change. Then any paid invoice which is older than the limit you have specified will no longer show up on the members page. Invoices are hidden and not deleted, so if you need to check back you can always set a longer period and look at the invoices that we're previously hidden.



Invoices which are unpaid will remain visible regardless of how old they are.
