Managing your Member Information

The most important aspect of managing your easyDNS user account is to keep your member information up to date and accurate. Your member information is used for many critical aspects of managing your domain name, including verifying requests for access to the account, resetting lost or forgotten passwords, invoices and domain renewal reminders and other important issues relating to your domains. If your member information, particularly the email address, is out of date it becomes much more difficult for easyDNS to assist you in the management of your domains.

Your member information is used exclusively for account ownership verification, invoicing and other important domain notices, and password issues. It is not distributed, resold, or otherwise shared with any person or company. For this reason your membership information is maintained separately from the public whois records for your domains.




To see your member information and make changes to it you first need to click the "view or edit member information" link in the account management module.
