Refunds and Cancellations:
SSL Certificates can be cancelled only if the cancellation is requested within the first five days following confirmation by the contact.

An e-mail requesting the cancellation must be sent to support@easydns.com, requesting that the certificate be cancelled, and accompanied by the secret answers in the user account as authorization. These can be found in the member information section of your account, just click "view or edit member information" in the account management section of your members page.

A confirmation e-mail will follow from Geotrust to the admin or contact e-mail specified in the certificate's creation, which will need to be replied to for the certificate to be cancelled.

Once this is completed and the certificate is cancelled by Geotrust, a credit or refund can be applied to your account, according to your preference.
